Site Preparation

  • Clear debris, trash, and construction materials
  • Remove weeds and unwanted vegetation
  • Perform rough grading (ensure proper drainage and slope)
  • Identify and protect utilities and irrigation lines
  • Mark all hardscape and planting areas

Soil Preparation

  • Till and loosen compacted soil
  • Final grading is complete with a proper slope away from structures

Irrigation System

  • The irrigation plan was approved and marked
  • Install mainlines, valves, and lateral lines
  • Install drip/micro-spray systems and sprinklers
  • Pressure test the irrigation system
  • Install backflow preventer (if required)
  • Program controller with proper zones and schedules
  • Flush and test all zones

Hardscape Installation

Final Walkthrough
